Many computer repair folks are simply looking to sell you services or products without looking out for your best interests. We use the products and services that we sell to solve the source your problems and not simply to treat the symptoms. We will work with you to make sure that what you are buying will accomplish your goals.
you know the cost ahead of time.
Rather than give you a vague quote, like "$100 to $200 or so" we always let you know our hourly rate up-front for computer repairs and the total cost of any hardware or software that might be required. you can trust us.
We want to be your one-stop computer repair and resource company. In order to do this we understand just how important it is to gain your trust. We stake our reputation on every job we do so if you are not happy, we are not happy and we will make it right.
we don't offer "bargain" parts or software.
Many computer problems are due to poor quality hardware and/or software. With the push for cheaper computers, lower quality parts are often used. At Salsa Technologies, when we sell products, we only sell parts and software that we know are of high quality and will last, and we stand behind them with a full one year warranty.
we tell you what we did.
For many, computers and computer repair can be confusing. We will explain exactly what we did to repair your PC and we will use plain English, not "techno-babble" or "geek-speak" and we will answer any questions you might have. Our goal is to help you understand what went wrong, what we did to repair your computer and, if possible, what you can do to help prevent the problem from re-occurring in the future.
we make house calls.
We prefer to come to you rather than ask you to take apart your system and bring it to us. By visiting you we can do a much better job locating the exact problem and thus, we save time and you save money. For example, if you can not get online, what good would it do to have you bring your PC to us? What if the trouble is not in your PC but with your phone line or DSL/cable modem? We strive to make an already difficult situation a little more comfortable for you rather than add to your frustration by making you unplug and pack up your system, transport it to us, wait an unspecified amount of time for the repairs to be accomplished, and then return to pick it up, take it home and set it up again.
